Returns & Refunds Policy
Last updated 7 October 2026. Please read this policy before requesting a return.
1. Our approach
We want every order to be right, but given what we sell, returns aren't handled the way a typical retailer would handle them. This policy sets out when a return is accepted and what happens when it is. It sits alongside our Terms & Conditions, which this policy forms part of.
2. What can be returned
Goods can only be returned in their original, unopened packaging and in the full quantity originally supplied. We can't accept a return of goods that have been opened, used, partially consumed, or repackaged, and we can't accept a partial return of a quantity that was supplied as one unit or pack.
3. Refunds, cancellations and damaged goods
Your contribution is a donation to the Dope Dodo community, and your event ticket and gift package are given in recognition of it. We refund a donation in two cases:
- Cancelled before dispatch. If you cancel after we have received your order and before it has been dispatched, we'll refund your donation.
- Refused delivery. If the recipient refuses delivery and the gifts are returned to us unopened, we'll refund your donation.
Outside those two cases, once an order has been dispatched it is final and can't be refunded or exchanged, including for a change of mind.
Damaged goods are replaced, not refunded. If a gift arrives damaged, let us know immediately upon delivery and opening, with photos where possible, and we'll arrange a replacement. We can't replace damaged goods we aren't told about straight away.
4. Dope Dodo's discretion
The refund cases in section 3 apply as stated. Every other request, including a damaged-goods replacement, is looked at on its own facts and decided at Dope Dodo's discretion. Meeting the conditions above is what makes a request eligible for consideration. It isn't a guarantee of a particular outcome.
5. How to request a return
Contact us at dopedodobrand@gmail.com, or via the WhatsApp button inside the Glasshouse, with your order details and, for damaged goods, photos of the item and its packaging as received.
