1. Agreement to these terms

These terms govern your use of the Dope Dodo website and, for approved members, the Glasshouse, Dodo's private collection. By browsing the Garden, applying for membership, or placing an order (through the site or via WhatsApp), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree with them, please don't use the site or place an order.

2. Who can become a member

Membership is limited to verified adults 18 and older. Dope Dodo is a private collective, not open retail. Access to the Glasshouse is by application, and Dodo reserves the right to approve, decline, or later revoke membership at his discretion, including where these terms have been broken or where eligibility can't reasonably be confirmed.

3. Products

Product descriptions, photos, and any strain or effect information on the site are provided for general guidance. Actual products may vary slightly in appearance from photos. Nothing on this site is a medical claim, and products are sold for lawful personal use only, not for resale, redistribution, or supply to anyone else, including other members.

4. Orders & pricing

Prices are shown in South African Rand (ZAR) and may change without notice; the price at the time your order is placed is the price that applies. Placing an order, whether through the site or by starting a WhatsApp chat, is an offer to buy, not a guaranteed sale: Dodo reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order, including where a product turns out to be unavailable, where payment can't be verified, or where these terms haven't been met.

Event tickets are bought as a donation to the event, matched to a gift package you choose at checkout. Once your order has been dispatched, it is final apart from the cases in section 7.

5. Payment

Donations for orders placed through the site are made by EFT (bank transfer) or by USDT (a cryptocurrency) on the Tron, Solana or Ethereum network. When you reserve your ticket, we show you the payment details and a unique reference starting with DD-. Use that reference with your payment. For USDT, send only on the network you chose: a payment sent on the wrong network can't be recovered, and we aren't responsible for it. We confirm each donation by hand once we see it arrive, and your order is confirmed from that point. We never ask for your card details. Orders arranged over WhatsApp are paid by whatever method is agreed directly in that conversation. Either way, you're responsible for making sure your payment is accurate and that you're authorised to use the payment method you use.

6. Delivery

We aim for same-day delivery in Cape Town (within around 60 minutes) and 2–3 days nationwide, but these are estimates, not guarantees. Timing can be affected by things outside our control. At checkout you give us the name of the person receiving the order, a mobile number we can reach, and the delivery address. Please make sure these are correct, because we deliver to the details you give us. Someone 18 or older needs to be available to receive the order, and we will check their ID at the door before handing it over. If nobody 18 or older is there to receive it, or we can't reach you, we may not be able to complete the delivery and may need to rearrange it.

7. Quality guarantee & returns

We want every order to be right. Your contribution is a donation to the Dope Dodo community, and your event ticket and gift package are given in recognition of it. If you cancel after we have received your order and before it is dispatched, we'll refund your donation. If the recipient refuses delivery and the gifts are returned to us unopened, we'll refund your donation too. Otherwise, orders are final once dispatched, including for a change of mind. Damaged goods are replaced, not refunded: let us know immediately upon delivery and opening. See our Returns & Refunds Policy for the full detail. Reach out as soon as you notice a problem.

8. Discretion & your information

Orders are shipped in plain, discreet packaging. Information you provide, to apply for membership, place an order, or chat with us on WhatsApp, is used only to confirm eligibility, fulfil your order, and communicate with you about it. We don't sell your information, and we don't share it beyond what's needed to get your order to you (for example, a courier or driver, who needs your name, mobile number and delivery address). 9. Limitation of liability

Everything on this site is provided as-is and to the best of our knowledge. To the extent permitted by law, Dope Dodo isn't liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site or your order. Our focus, where something does go wrong, is on putting it right under section 7 above rather than disputing it.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time as the site and the Glasshouse grow. The version posted here is always the current one, and continuing to use the site or place orders after an update means you accept the changes.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
